Privacy Policy

RelicLab LLC ("RelicLab", "we", "us") operates Aura Portrait. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

Photos you upload. When you create a portrait pack, you upload selfies which are used to train a private AI model on your face. These photos are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Generated portraits. The AI portraits we generate from your model are stored so you can access them in the app's gallery.

Account data. If you make a purchase, we receive a transaction record from Apple. We do not see your credit card number.

Device data. Standard analytics — device model, OS version, app version, crash logs — used to improve the app.

What we don't collect

We do not collect your contacts, location, microphone, or any data unrelated to the core function of the app. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Where your data lives

Your photos and trained model are processed via Replicate (replicate.com), our AI infrastructure provider. Generated outputs are stored on Vercel's encrypted blob storage. Both are bound by enterprise-grade security and privacy policies.

How long we keep your data

Your trained model and generated portraits remain in your account until you delete them or close your account. Source selfies used for training are deleted from our servers within 30 days of training completion.

Your rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing hello@auraportrait.io. We honor deletion requests within 7 business days.

Children

Aura Portrait is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
