How long does training take?

About 25 minutes from upload to your first generated pack. We'll send a notification when your model is ready.

How many selfies do I need?

Between 8 and 12. More variety in angles, lighting, and expressions = better results. Avoid sunglasses, hats, or photos with multiple people.

Can I delete my model?

Yes. In the app: Profile → Manage data → Delete model. This permanently removes your training data, model weights, and generated portraits.

Can I use the portraits commercially?

Yes. You own the portraits you generate and may use them for any lawful purpose, including LinkedIn, dating apps, marketing, or commercial work.

Do you watermark portraits?

No. The portraits you generate are clean, unwatermarked, and yours.

I'm having a billing issue.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, change tier, or request a refund, go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

The portraits don't look like me.

This usually means the training selfies didn't have enough variety. Try uploading a fresh batch with diverse lighting and angles. Email us if it persists.
